Questions about the packs
- What does the Verbal-Numerical pack contain? The Verbal-Numerical pack contains the 2005 and 2008 editions of the Verbal and Numerical Reasoning MCQ books.
- Why is the Verbal-Numerical pack useful? It gives you 340 additional questions to practise with. These questions are different from those in the 2012 books and the online tests. You will also make a saving of 29 euros.
- Is the Verbal-Numerical pack available in English? No. The pack is only available in French.
Questions about the languages in which the books are published
- Are you planning to publish your books in languages other than French and English? No. At present, we are not planning to publish our books in other languages.
- I am going to sit the verbal reasoning test in my first language, which is neither French nor English. Is there any point in me buying the verbal reasoning book?Yes. The methodology we provide is valid whatever the language. It shows you how to decide whether or not a statement can be deduced from the text, how to identify quickly which statements are most likely to be the correct answer and how to read a text selectively. Also, by doing the tests in a different language (French or English), you will find things easier on the day of the competition.
Questions about book dispatch
- How long will it be before I receive a book I order online? When we receive your order, we do all we can to ensure that the book will reach you as quickly as possible. Between Monday morning and Friday morning we deal with the majority of orders within 48 hours of confirmation of payment. Once your order is ready, we hand it over to the delivery service. If you are in France, the postal service will deliver within about 72 hours. If you are elsewhere in Europe, TNT undertakes to deliver to you within 48 to 72 hours, depending on where you live. For deliveries to the rest of the world, the maximum delivery time is 4 days via TNT.
- How are the delivery costs calculated? We charge you the actual delivery cost, ie we ask you to pay the amount that the selected delivery service charges us (in France this is La Poste, for other destinations it is TNT). The delivery costs are in line with current tariffs (La Poste for France and TNT for other destinations). These costs are fixed and linked to the weight of the order.
