Fees for shipping costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated for each country, based on the weight of the shipment.
For delivery in France, we use la Poste and their service Colissimo (3-5 days' transit) available with a tracking number.

For international shipments, we use the transporter Chronopost, available both in standard (3-5 days, available for EU countries only) or express (24 to 48 hours) service.

Please note that you will be able to double check your actual delivery costs before confirming your final order.

Book orders are processed within 24-48 hours of receipt, Monday to Friday.

ORSEU is not responsible for packages once they have been shipped and therefore cannot be held responsible for any late delivery.
